What is gold vermeil?

Gold vermeil is made with a thick layer of gold over solid sterling silver. It offers the luxurious look of gold while maintaining the quality and value of sterling silver.

Are your gemstones natural?

Can I wear my jewelry every day?

Absolutely! Our jewelry is thoughtfully designed for everyday wear. To help preserve its beauty, we recommend removing your jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising, or applying perfumes, lotions, or harsh chemicals.

Do you offer personalized jewelry?

Yes! We offer a selection of personalized pieces. Because these items are custom-made just for you, they require additional production time and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most handmade pieces ship within 3–5 business days. Personalized pieces typically ship within 5–7 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Personalized jewelry, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please see our Refund Policy for complete details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
