Processing Time: Most of our jewelry is thoughtfully handcrafted to order in our Florida studio. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order ships. Select ready-to-ship styles may ship sooner.

Personalized Pieces: Please allow 5-7 business days for production before shipment.

Processing times exclude weekends and holidays.

Domestic Shipping: Complimentary standard U.S. shipping is included with every order. Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days, depending on your location and carrier. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Delivery times vary depending on your location and customs processing. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

Order Changes & Cancellations: We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Because personalized pieces are custom-made just for you, they cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded once production has begun. For non-personalized items, we'll do our best to accommodate change requests whenever possible.

Shipping Address: Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
